Woodvale Tree Care, established in 2016, has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality tree services across London and the South. Due to our continued growth, we have recently moved to larger, purpose-built premises in RIPLEY, SURREY, providing on-site tipping facilities to streamline operations and eliminate end-of-day travel. Our new site also features a dedicated training room, supporting ongoing staff development and career progression within the industry.

We work with local authorities, commercial clients, and domestic customers, and we are now looking for dedicated professionals to join us as we enter the next phase of our growth. Whether you’re an experienced Team Leader or looking to develop your skills as a Groundsman, we have opportunities to suit different levels of experience and expertise.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As part of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tree surgery operations to a high professional standard. Your main duties will include:

• Pruning and crown management – including reductions, thinning, and lifting to maintain healthy tree structures
• Tree felling and dismantling – safely removing trees using rigging and precision techniques
• Stump grinding and site clearance – ensuring areas are left clean and hazard-free
• Following strict health and safety protocols – complying with industry regulations and risk assessments at all times
• Using and maintaining professional arboricultural equipment – including chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders, and rigging gear
• Providing excellent customer service – liaising professionally with clients and upholding the company’s reputation

• Relevant NPTC or LANTRA qualifications
• A full UK driving licence (essential)
