Paid Fall Intern - Sports Production
Step into the world of global entertainment and experience design. RWS Global is searching for passionate, curious, and driven individuals to join our Fall 2025 Internship Program — an immersive, paid experience across multiple departments and cities.
As the world’s largest producer of live entertainment, RWS Global creates over one million live moments every day , spanning cruise lines, theme parks, resorts, sporting events, Broadway productions, and more.
We’re offering in-person internships beginning September 8, 2025 , running for 12–13 weeks at 24 hours per week.
The Sports Production Intern will get to experience the dynamic world of sports event delivery. They will gain a comprehensive understanding of the full production lifecycle—from early-stage ideation and planning to onsite execution. Working closely with producers and project managers, they will support the team in ensuring a seamless transition from pre-production to live event delivery.This role emphasizes administrative coordination and organizational support, providing exposure to the tools and processes that drive operational efficiency. Interns will have the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects that elevate the consumer experience, while developing valuable skills across production planning, logistics and cross-functional collaboration within the sports industry.
Salary : £13.00/hrHours : 24hrs/week
Duties & Responsibilities
The intern will fulfil the following duties and responsibilities to support Project Producers during both the pre-event planning phase and the live, on-site delivery of major sporting events.
Pre-Planning Phase:
- Conduct research on trends and content to enhance show running orders and boost spectator engagement
- Assist in the preparation, formatting and proofreading of production documents
- Carry out general administrative tasks to support day-to-day project planning and coordination across the delivery team
Event Delivery Phase:
- Serve as a Sport Presentation Assistant, supporting the Producer with daily operational tasks, including preparing and distributing updated documents (e.g., announcer scripts, content lists for PV4 graphics operators)
- Provide logistical support such as printing and distributing materials to relevant stakeholders
- Shadow the Showcaller to gain hands-on experience and insights into live event production and showcalling roles
