Our client delighted to be opening a brand-new, medium-sized Montessori-inspired nursery (44 places, initially starting with 20–25 children), due to welcome families from late October to early November. With our Ofsted pre-inspection scheduled for the end of October, this is the perfect time to join us on an exciting new journey. We are seeking a Nursery Manager who is confident, knowledgeable, and passionate about the EYFS. This role is also an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager ready to progress into their first management position. You’ll be supported by a dedicated Deputy Manager and a hands-on, approachable Owner, herself a qualified Montessori Childminder who values learning through play in its purest form. Experience in safeguarding procedures Ability to use initiative and have a structured day in place. Knowledge of childcare management Qualified to level 3 and above 2-3 years experience managing a setting successfully Candidate who is driven and passionate achieving the highest standard Knowledge of EYFS Knowledge of health and safety First aid certificate We are committed to promoting the safety and welfare of children and have a safe recruitment procedures in place.
