The Role

This is a key strategic hire within a thriving litigation team. You will work alongside experienced disputes partners and be actively involved in the continued growth and development of the department.

The work is varied and high quality, covering complex commercial disputes including shareholder and partnership issues, professional negligence, civil fraud, contractual claims, and contentious insolvency. Many matters have a cross-border dimension, and the client base comprises private capital, high-growth companies, funds, and entrepreneurs across various sectors, including technology, media, financial services, and retail.

There is a strong pipeline of work and excellent internal referrals from the corporate, commercial, and IP teams. You will also be encouraged to further develop your own client base over time.

Requirements

• You will be an experienced commercial litigator, with at least 10 years of PQE
• Broad commercial disputes experience
• You will be client-facing, commercially sharp, and solutions-focused
• A following is welcome but not essential. More important is drive, quality, and alignment with the firm's values
• A team player who wants to contribute to a progressive and ambitious practice
