Project Manager - Commercial

The Role
As Commercial Project Manager, you will help to co-ordinate the activity of the entire Commercial team, and will be responsible for the maintenance and future development of the Commercial Operating Plan. This document details all of the activities required by Norton for a successful launch of new products across global markets, across the functional areas of sales, marketing, customer experience, alternative revenue, service/aftersales, and network development.
This role is based in central London in our 'Commercial Hub'!
Duties/Responsibilities
- Support with setting up operating plan reviews for the commercial department
- Transferring the current plan to MS Project (or similar software)
- Be able to hand more detailed planning by functional area
- Understand and manage local plans for each market
- Create and update detailed project plans, outlining timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, budgets and milestones.
- Mapping of risks and interdependencies against the current plan
- Participate in raising commercial awareness and performance within the business
- Support with tracking and reporting of progress of operating plan activities
- To build relationships with all levels of stakeholders, both internally and externally Commercial mindset - ensuring results and profitability are central to all plans
Personal Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field
- Ideal candidate will come from either a Planning, Business Analyst or Business Development role with 10+ year of experience
- Superior data analysis and reporting skills
- Financial Acumen and Business Acumen with a strong consumer perspective
- Excellent organisational skills to meet goals and set priorities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project, Trello, Asana)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
