The Role:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll join a forward-thinking, collaborative team working on impactful projects that enhance user experience, optimise platform performance, and deliver at scale. You’ll work with cloud-native tools, modern JavaScript frameworks, and contribute directly to the evolution of a high-performing digital product.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Designing and building robust backend services to support personalisation, fulfilment, and customer experience.

Enhancing developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and observability across the platform.

Supporting internal teams by improving the engineering platform and workflows (including tools like Backstage).

Collaborating across product and engineering teams to deliver new features with real business value.

Driving best practices in engineering, mentoring others, and contributing to a healthy team culture.

Tech Stack:

JavaScript / TypeScript

Node.js (server-side development)

AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, and other serverless services)
