We are looking for an AI Fluency Lead.

Our central data team lives in our Tech org and reports to the VP of Data. In order to strengthen our data maturity and become truly data driven we are committed to:

The role

• Develop and Implement AI Fluency Strategy / approach aligned with overall FC genAI Strategy and objectives

• You guide the adoption of AI throughout Funding Circle, with a focus on people and change management.

• You enable people to feel comfortable exploring new AI tools and approaches as they evolve.

• You help evangelise what AI is, what it can do, its strengths, and its limitations. This includes knowing which AI tools are best suited for specific tasks.

• You are responsible for the “AI Fluency” program that you develop together with key stakeholders which includes themes such as the “responsible use” of GenAI / AI.

• You have increased operational efficiency and delivered a better employee experience through involving & upskilling people.

• You communicate clearly with proven ability to adapt your communication style to different situations and stakeholders.

• You love solving problems through data / GenAI / AI and creating new opportunities for internal and external customers.

• You have successfully delivered data or analytics “fluency” programs.

• You’re excited about how AI can transform businesses and how people work.

• You understand AI and keep up to date with the latest advancements.
