Maintenance Coordinator
Job Title: Temporary Maintenance Coordinator Location: London - NW1 Hourly Rate: £15.00 - £16.00 per hour Working Pattern: Full Time - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance activities across multiple sites to ensure timely and efficient repairs and upkeep.
- Schedule and oversee routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers to source materials and services as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring documentation is up to date and accessible.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, prioritising tasks to minimise downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall facility management and improvement initiatives.
- Monitor maintenance budgets, track expenditures, and assist in resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a maintenance coordination role or similar position.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance management software.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to facility maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
