Our client, a well-established and respected legal practice, is seeking a Commercial Property Litigator to join their dynamic team, and Turkish speaking would be advantageous but not essential. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced real estate dispute resolution lawyer to take on a key role within the firm and contribute to their ongoing success.
Position Overview
As a Commercial Property Litigator, you will play a crucial role in resolving a wide range of real estate disputes for the firm's diverse client base. Your expertise will be instrumental in achieving favourable outcomes for clients and maintaining the firm's reputation for excellence in real estate dispute resolution.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on contentious issues related to land transactions and real estate disputes
- Handle commercial landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, dilapidations, service charges, and rent reviews
- Enforce covenants from both tenants' and landlords' perspectives
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions for clients
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Strong experience in commercial property litigation and real estate dispute resolution
- Knowledge of residential property disputes is advantageous
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and achieving the best outcomes for clients
