Location: Westminster, Central London

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am–4:00pm)
Contract: Long-term agency placement (via ANZUK), potential for permanent offer
Pay: £90–£105 per day

Early Years Teaching Assistant – Primary School – Westminster (September Start)

ANZUK Education is working with a vibrant and diverse primary school in the heart of Westminster to recruit a caring and proactive Early Years Teaching Assistant for a September 2025 start. This is a full-time opportunity to support learning in either a Nursery or Reception class, depending on your experience and interests.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and eager to make a lasting impact during the most formative years of a child's development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality classroom support within the EYFS phase, either Nursery or Reception

* Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based activities

* Help track and observe children’s progress, contributing to learning journals and assessment records

* Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that promotes curiosity and independence

* Support with daily classroom routines including personal care, transitions, and group activities

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* Experience supporting children in Early Years settings (school or nursery-based)

* A warm, patient, and enthusiastic attitude

* Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and early learning goals

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* A DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

* A genuine interest in long-term development within an EYFS environment
