RevOps Manager

Cogna
London

At Cogna, we're working hard to solve the productivity crisis. Lagging productivity is the biggest barrier to economic growth and a major obstacle to addressing our most important issues, such as climate change, healthcare, and social equality.

But it’s not a single problem that can be tackled with a silver-bullet solution, it’s the accumulation of millions of highly specific, context-driven challenges across every facet of every organisation that have to be addressed on their own terms.

Cogna is on a mission to solve this very complex problem. We’re creating an AI-powered platform to understand these inefficiencies within customers’ operating models, to define the requirements, and develop the software itself in a fully automated way. The result is high-quality, precision software at scale.

Since our launch in May 2023, we’ve already seen significant traction and customer revenue that outpaces most companies at our stage. We’re backed by top VCs, including Notion Capital and Hoxton Ventures, and we’re growing our world-class team - ex Google, Microsoft, Palantir - to take us to the next level on our mission.

This is more than a job, it’s an opportunity to be part of something genuinely transformative. Are you up for the challenge?

Overview

We are hiring our first dedicated RevOps Manager to build the operating system that drives reliable, scalable revenue growth. This foundational role, reporting to the COO, is critical to enabling Cogna’s ambitions to scale in both the UK and overseas markets. You will create and run the operating system that powers our GTM motion – building scalable processes, data, and tools that enable our GTM team to execute efficiently and effectively, while ensuring leadership has the right insights to make fast, confident decisions as we accelerate our global growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Revenue Infrastructure & Systems: Design and manage the tech stack to enable seamless operations and data flow across GTM teams.
  • Process Design & Optimisation: Build and improve scalable GTM processes that maximise efficiency and conversion.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Ensure data is clean, up to date and reliable and use this to provide actionable dashboards and reports to drive GTM decisions.
  • Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Develop accurate sales forecasts and analyse pipeline health to inform strategic planning.
  • Strategic Planning & Insights: Partner with leadership to support planning, goal setting, and data-driven GTM strategy.
  • Enablement & Training: Train GTM teams on tools and processes to ensure adoption and high performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align Sales, Marketing, and Finance by acting as the operational connector across teams.
  • Change Management: Lead change initiatives to embed new systems and processes effectively.
  • Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Define and monitor GTM metrics to identify and implement operational improvements.
  • AI and Automation: Implement AI and automation tools to drive efficiency and enhance operational workflows.

What You’ll Bring

Experience & Skills

  • Proven RevOps, SalesOps, or Revenue Systems experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or tech companies (Series A-C ideal).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and implement revenue infrastructure, data models, and workflows from scratch.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with experience building models tied to pipeline quality and customer behaviour.
  • Expertise in GTM tooling selection and implementation (CRM, marketing automation, ABM platforms, data enrichment tools, etc.).
  • Experience working in or closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Mindset & Traits

  • First-principles thinker who designs from customer reality, not templates.
  • Highly collaborative, with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive and strategic, able to prioritise high-impact work and drive projects to completion.
  • Curious and innovative, with a track record of piloting new tools and workflows.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, thriving in a startup environment with shifting priorities.
  • AI-fluent, keen to use emerging AI tools to accelerate revenue operations.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary and share option plan
  • 25 days annual leave, plus public holidays
  • Excellent pension scheme, Employer contribution of 7.5%
  • Private healthcare, including family cover and pre-existing conditions
  • Flexible hybrid working with 2 days per fortnight in our Farringdon office
  • Regular social events and offsites
  • Access to a gym and fitness classes in our office building
