We are seeking a Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and oversee all warehouse and logistics operations at ExCeL London. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and compliant management of all stock, deliveries, and storage, supporting Levy’s mission to deliver exceptional experiences at every event. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing warehouse team, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and collaboration.
- Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock control, logistics, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure all warehouse and storage practices comply with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with event, kitchen, and operations teams to plan and coordinate stock requirements for events.
- Implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve service delivery.
- Manage budgets, cost control, and reporting related to warehouse operations.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, taking proactive action to address operational challenges.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations management, ideally within hospitality, events, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics planning.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
