InX Strat & Consulting is seeking an experienced Change & Transformation professional to support a Contract Scon-Partner engagement. This opportunity is ideal for a consultant with a strong track record in leading change initiatives across Commercial & Industrial (C&I) environments, particularly within mid-market and private equity-backed businesses. We welcome applications from candidates who are committed to delivering tangible outcomes for clients and stakeholders across the UK and DACH regions, including London, Birmingham, Munich and Berlin. Join us to help shape and deliver strategic transformation programmes that drive operational improvement and value realisation.
Core Responsibilities – Change & Transformation (C&I) Contract, Scon-Partner
Lead end-to-end change and transformation programmes for C&I clients, focusing on rapid delivery of benefit realisation and sustainable operational improvements.
Design and implement pragmatic transformation roadmaps, including operating model redesign, process optimisation, systems enablement and organisational change management.
Act as Scon-Partner representative on client engagements, providing senior-level advisory support and mobilisation for contract assignments.
Engage and influence stakeholders across executive and functional teams to secure buy-in, remove blockers and ensure timely decision-making.
Develop and manage project plans, governance artefacts, financial tracking and KPI reporting to demonstrate progress against objectives.
Build and leverage a network of change specialists, interim leaders and technical partners to resource and scale delivery as required.
Provide market and sector insight to clients on transformation priorities, benchmarking and practical implementation approaches.
Essential Experience – Change Delivery, C&I Sector, and Interim/Contract Work
Proven experience leading change and transformation programmes in Commercial & Industrial environments, including manufacturing, distribution, utilities or related sectors.
Track record of delivering measurable cost, margin or productivity improvements through operational redesign, process improvement and technology enablement.
Experience acting in a senior advisory or Scon-Partner style role on contract or interim engagements, with strong client-facing skills.
Practical knowledge of organisational change management, stakeholder engagement, benefits realisation and programme governance.
Experience working across UK and/or DACH markets is desirable but not essential; ability to travel to client sites as required.
Proven ability to work within time-critical programmes and to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
Key Skills – Consulting, Relationship Management & Delivery
Outstanding stakeholder management and consultative advisory skills with senior leadership and operational teams.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategic objectives into pragmatic, measurable initiatives.
Excellent planning and organisational skills, with attention to detail and a disciplined approach to programme delivery.
Collaborative mindset with proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and third-party suppliers.
Effective communicator, comfortable presenting to executive audiences and producing client-ready materials.
Work Environment & Contract Flexibility
Contract assignment with hybrid working options; roles available across London, Birmingham, Berlin and Munich depending on client need.
Inclusive working culture that values diverse perspectives and equitable opportunities for all applicants.
Flexible approach to working patterns to support programme demands and personal commitments.
Progression & Benefits – Interim Consulting & Transformation
Opportunity to work on high-impact transformation programmes with PE-backed and growth-oriented businesses.
Access to a network of specialists, ongoing professional development and pathways to further contract or permanent opportunities within the firm.
Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion embedded in recruitment and everyday practices.
If you are an accomplished change and transformation professional seeking a contract Scon-Partner role within C&I, we encourage you to register your interest with InX Strat & Consulting. We value practical experience, commercial drive and a commitment to delivering outcomes. Applications are welcomed from candidates of all backgrounds and identities.
