- Deliver high-touch customer service through strong communication follow-through and relationship-building.
- Stay current on supplier trainings promotions and industry trends to serve clients with excellence.
- Maintain accurate client records booking details and itineraries.
- Collaborate with a supportive team while owning your workflow and schedule.
