We’re looking for a Post Production Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with all departments across the organisation, helping to bring projects together through an interdisciplinary approach. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and comfortable working to tight turnarounds and deadlines, with great attention to detail. The role involves supporting the team throughout post-production, from early stages of the project, through to final delivery, with a particular focus on maintaining quality and communication. This is not a creative role, but a genuine passion for great creative work is essential.This is an in-office position.

What you'll be doing...

  • Scheduling and overseeing day-to-day online & edit support tasks, in collaboration with the Technical & Post Production Manager.
  • Proactively collaborating with Creative Producers; effectively supervising the creation and delivery of final assets across high-profile clients, ensuring all deliverables and materials are correct to specification.
  • Liaising with multiple client finishing teams, building relationships with the relevant contacts.
  • Oversee quality control (QC) across client deliverables, identifying and rectifying issues, maintaining the highest standards.
  • Liaising with offline creative teams to ensure correct materials are briefed and supplied in good time.
  • Creating and maintaining finishing schedules for relevant AV projects, ensuring smooth delivery of assets.
  • Anticipate the requirements of the finishing process, ensuring we are requesting the necessary materials (including grade, mixing, and online) in good time.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the finishing pipeline, driving efficiency and minimising delays.
  • Analysing and communicating changes of any client-supplied specification docs
  • Managing the scheduling of machines & resources across our global team & remote systems where required.
  • Stay informed on evolving industry-standard software & post-production technologies.
  • Building contacts for post production facilities / vendors and supporting producers in booking attended client mix, grade, online session

What you'll bring...

  • Proven industry experience - QC / technical background is a strong advantage.
  • Awareness and understanding of short-form film & TV marketing.
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to create strong working relationships across the team.
  • An exceptional eye for detail and a love of perfection.
  • Proficiency in balancing multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to creatively problem-solve and be a calming presence in high-pressure situations.

  • A keen interest in the film & TV industry.
