Job Summary:??
A professional family based in North Oxford is looking to appoint an experienced part-time live-out housekeeper to support the smooth running of their family home. They have two young boys, aged 2 and 4, and no pets. The family is also speaking with another agency.
This is a long-term opportunity for a proactive, organised, and discreet housekeeper who can work independently and take ownership of the household. The role is 15–20 hours per week over 3–4 weekdays, with flexibility for the right candidate. While this is not a nanny-housekeeper position, there may be occasional interaction with the children. Cooking would be a welcome bonus but is not essential.

General Duties:
• General housekeeping to a high standard
• Laundry, ironing, and linen care
• Changing bed linen
• Maintaining the kitchen and bathrooms
• Keeping the home organised and well presented
• Monitoring and replenishing household supplies
• Occasional interaction with the children when they are at home
• Optional family cooking, if the candidate is happy to do so

Candidate Specifications:
• Reliable, trustworthy, and discreet
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Well organised with good attention to detail
• Takes pride in maintaining a high standard throughout the home
• Looking for a long-term position
• A stable employment history with previous families is highly desirable
• Flexible regarding working days and hours
