Role Responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, policies, and safeguarding requirements.

  • Leading and developing the administrative and facilities teams to maintain high standards across the school.

  • Managing contracts, procurement, and supplier relationships.

  • Supporting strategic planning and providing accurate management information to the leadership team.

  • Coordinating site management, health and safety, and risk assessments.

  • Contributing to school improvement initiatives and ensuring operational excellence.

Candidate Requirements

  • Extensive experience in school management, finance, or administration, preferably as an SBM or similar role.

  • Strong financial and operational management skills, including budgeting and reporting.

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

  • Knowledge of statutory compliance, safeguarding, and health and safety requirements.

  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work strategically and operationally.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
