School Administrator - Wembley
We are seeking a professional, organised, and proactive School Administrator to join a busy primary school in Wembley, starting as soon as possible. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, supporting staff and pupils, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a school.

The School Administrator will play a key role in ensuring efficient office operations and supporting the leadership team.
The Role
As a School Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across the school. You will be the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors, ensuring a professional, friendly, and efficient service. You will maintain records, manage correspondence, assist with events and meetings, and support staff with a variety of administrative tasks.
Accuracy, discretion, and excellent organisational skills are essential. You will also liaise with external agencies, contractors, and suppliers to support smooth school operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support across the school office
Act as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
Maintain accurate pupil and staff records, including attendance and admissions
Assist with organising meetings, events, and school communications
Support the senior leadership team with administrative tasks
Prepare reports, letters, and documentation as required
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
Support the smooth running of daily school operations

Have prior experience in school administration or a similar administrative role
Be highly organised, professional, and proactive
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
Be friendly, approachable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
Show a strong commitment to safeguarding and supporting a school environment
