Product Administration Assistant - Temporary
We’re currently working with a leading fashion retailer based in West London, who are looking for a proactive and highly organised Product Admin Assistant to join their head office team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in fashion, with exposure to both womenswear and menswear departments. As part of a fast-paced and collaborative Product team, you’ll play a crucial role in the administrative coordination of the product lifecycle, supporting everything from sample management to critical path tracking. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential for this role. The Role – Key Responsibilities Maintain and update product information across Excel trackers and internal systems Raise and manage purchase orders accurately Assist with sample management – tracking, organising, and preparing for meetings Liaise with suppliers to chase samples, approvals, and delivery updates Support fit sessions, taking notes and preparing garments Work cross-functionally with Buying, Design, and Merch teams Help manage the critical path and ensure deadlines are met Assist with preparing range plans and presentation materials Ideal Candidate Previous admin or internship experience in a retail or fashion environment (desirable) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel – must be confident with formulas and data entry Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Able to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment A genuine passion for fashion and product development A confident communicator and a collaborative team player On offer is a competitive salary rate which is paid on a weekly basis as well as paid holiday and the opportunity to work within a creative and fast-paced retail head office.
