Junior Designer

We’re on the hunt for a Junior Designer to help assist the design team develop design concepts, put together proposals, and work on social media graphics, report layouts, and website designs.

As a Junior Designer, you'll immerse yourself in a collaborative environment where creativity and innovation thrive. You'll work closely with our experienced design team, under the guidance of our Head of Design, to execute design projects that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to develop design concepts, proposals, and visually engaging graphics for a range of projects, including social media posts, report layouts, and website designs.
• Work seamlessly alongside content writers, developers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into project deliverables.
• Demonstrate exceptional time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines consistently under pressure.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies, incorporating these insights into your work to maintain a modern and impactful visual style.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Possess 1-2 years of commercial design experience, showcasing your proficiency in creating visually appealing and effective graphics.
• Master the art of using InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, and PowerPoint software, ensuring seamless execution of design tasks.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Figma or similar design software, showcasing your ability to navigate and utilize advanced design tools.
• Exhibit exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and consistency throughout your design work.
• Flourish in typography and compositions, creating visually balanced and impactful designs that resonate with the intended audience.
• Possess the ability to multitask and manage time effectively, handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining efficiency.
