Hybrid Compliance Manager – Education Recruitment (Special Educational Needs)
Location: North London (3 days WFH / 2 days office)
Salary: £37,000 – £45,000 (negotiable)
A long-established and financially secure education recruitment agency in North London is looking for a Compliance Manager to take the lead on compliance and administration within their SEND (Special Educational Needs) business.
This could be an ideal role for someone currently working in a corporate environment who is looking for a more relaxed workplace, where staff are valued as individuals rather than just a number.

This is a key appointment, working closely with the MD (who has a teaching background) and the wider team. The Compliance Manager will play a big part in maintaining high standards, improving processes, and keeping communication clear across the business.
The Role
- Manage the entire compliance and administration team.
- Oversee all compliance processes across the SEND recruitment business.
- Ensure safeguarding and sector standards are consistently met.
- Support the move towards fully digital compliance systems, suggesting improvements to connect all areas of the business.
- Use strong communication skills to manage and delegate effectively.
- Provide a calm and steady influence within a busy environment.
- Liaise confidently with candidates, clients, and colleagues to ensure smooth and professional service delivery.
- Contribute to a collaborative, friendly team environment where everyone supports each other to cover office hours.
