Salaried General Practitioner (Hiring Immediately)

-We are seeking a Salaried General Practitioner to join our team

-The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical care to our diverse patient population and contribute to the continuous improvement of our practice

- We deliver total digital triage. Our systems mean we are able to manage the majority of patient demand on the same day while maintaining our own work-life balance

-Daily Senior GP presence, providing supervision and support

-Our GP’s can focus on patient care thanks to our supportive, highly skilled, administrative team

-All blood test results and incoming documents are reviewed centrally, resulting in a lighter administrative workload. We are constantly looking at how we can streamline the way we work to reduce the administrative workload

-Minimal home visits

-The sharing of learning is encouraged at our weekly practice meetings, where we discuss the challenges we are facing and develop a team approach, providing each other with support

-We have a track record of supporting and developing our team, allowing our staff to reach their potential

-We work from purpose built air-conditioned premises, walking distance from Surrey Quays and Canada water stations

-Part time role, we are interested in what candidates preferred sessional commitment is but we are looking for a minimum of 4-5 sessions

-We are open to candidates who are due to complete their training this year, along with more experienced candidates

-Competitive salary dependent on experience

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive medical care, including face to face consultations & telephone consultation
• Work as a Digital Triage Doctor- full training and support will be provided for this part of the role
• Maintain accurate clinical records and manage referrals efficiently
• Participate in practice meetings and quality improvement initiatives
• Support the training of medical students and junior staff

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent)
• Full GMC registration and inclusion on the NHS Performers List
• Completion of specialty training (MRCGP preferred)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
