Production Co-ordinator
We're looking for an experienced, highly organised and proactive Production Co-ordinator to join the team on Scam Interceptors, the award-winning BBC series dedicated to exposing fraud and helping protect the public from scams. Working closely with the Jnr Production Manager and wider production team, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of a fast-paced, high-profile production. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, logistics and crew bookings.
- Coordinate crew DBS checks and press passes.
- Coordinate shooting kit for teams and location requirements.
- Manage confidential consent paperwork, contracts and compliance documentation.
- Raise purchase orders, process invoices and track production costs.
- Support budget management and monitor running costs.
- Maintain production schedules, trackers and databases.
- Liaise with crew, contributors, suppliers and internal departments. Previous Production Co-ordinator experience, ideally on a high-volume production.
- Strong organisational, administrative and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience with budget tracking and financial administration.
- Confident booking and managing production resources, including travel and accommodation.
- Good knowledge of production systems, workflows and BBC processes.
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Flexible, adaptable and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong budgeting skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills. Desirable
