We are thrilled to announce an exceptional opportunity for an inspiring and visionary leader to join Thenue as our next Chief Executive and Company Secretary. We are seeking a new Chief Executive to lead Thenue and be responsible to the Board of Management for its overall success. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker and a transformational leader who can drive performance, innovation, and customer engagement across the Association and its subsidiaries.

Key Objectives:

  • Foster a culture of excellence, value for money, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion customer and community engagement, delivering innovative services.
  • Drive growth through new services and innovative methods to achieve social objectives.
  • Promote environmental sustainability and responsible business practices.
  • Maximise value from economies of scale and synergies.
  • Lead effective asset management strategies to optimise asset value.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the Executive team, ensuring coordinated Strategic Plans and collaboration across the Association.
  • Ensure excellent governance, service delivery, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Guarantee compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Uphold best practices in Equality and Diversity across services and employment.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven strategic leadership in housing, property management or related sectors.
  • Experience in developing customer–driven services and engaging effectively with customers.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks and the socio–political environment.
  • Track record of leading strategic change with strong engagement.
  • Experience in business development, innovation, and cultural change.
  • Extensive stakeholder engagement experience including government, commercial, and voluntary sectors.
  • Relevant qualification in housing, property, finance or related field.
