Capital Raising & Client Services - Real Estate

We are partnering with a leading global private markets firm to appoint a Senior Associate/Vice President into their Capital Raising & Client Services team focusing on their Real Estate offering. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing, international platform with a strong reputation across both public and private markets.

In this role, you’ll play a central part in supporting capital raising initiatives, strengthening investor relationships, and positioning innovative real estate strategies with a global client base. It’s a role that blends client interaction, product expertise, and project management – offering breadth, responsibility and visibility across the business.

The successful candidate will be involved in:

  • Acting as a key point of contact and product specialist for real estate strategies during fundraising cycles
  • Contributing to fund positioning, messaging and market analysis
  • Preparing high-quality investor and fundraising materials (pitchbooks, performance updates, case studies)
  • Supporting pipeline management, investor due diligence, and responses to client requests
  • Collaborating with legal, tax, structuring and operations teams on fundraising processes
  • Managing CRM data (Salesforce) and ensure accurate client and pipeline reporting
  • Coordinating investor events including annual meetings, LPACs, roadshows, webinars and property tours
  • Providing insights into portfolio and fund performance to support investor engagement

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in client relations, fundraising, or investor relations within either sell side of placement agent firm
  • Background in real estate strategies essential
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills with senior stakeholders
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment
