Band 6 Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist
Words First is seeking amazing, self-motivated Speech and Language Therapists who are passionate about helping children access their education to join our rapidly growing MDT in London and the surrounding areas.

As a Words First Developing Specialist SaLT, you will plan and deliver a student centred therapy service to a personal caseload of children with a diverse range of needs across mainstream primary, secondary and specialist provisions, catering to universal, targeted and specialist levels. You will spend 5 days a week in schools, supporting between 1 and 5 schools within a reasonable commute from your location.
At Words First we take supervision and mentoring very seriously and you will have access to highly skilled professionals to support you and ensure you have all the tools needed to flourish in your role.

• More than 4 years' experience as a paediatric speech and language therapist, preferably working in a school setting
• Interest in developing a specialism in the area in which you work
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Speech and Language Therapy
• Full HCPC registration or be in the process of registration
• DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) Check*
