A high-performing business in West London is seeking a VAT Lead to take full ownership of its VAT function. This is more than a compliance role-it's a strategic leadership position where you'll shape the future of VAT across the group, lead a talented team, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Head of Tax.

Whether your title says "Manager" or "Lead," you'll be the pioneer-steering commercial advisory work, influencing strategic direction, and building a best-in-class VAT team.

• Enhancing processes and proactively identifying risk and opportunity
