Early Years Practitioner
Are you a passionate early years practitioner looking to make a genuine difference in a supportive and inspiring nursery setting? We’re currently seeking a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team in Dulwich, where children are at the heart of everything we do. Reference: TE62963 As an experienced early years practitioner, you’ll play a key role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can learn, grow, and thrive. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience working with children across all age groups and a solid understanding of Ofsted requirements. You’ll also be confident in applying the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and committed to delivering the highest standards of care and education. Your day-to-day responsibilities as an early years practitioner will include planning and implementing engaging educational activities, observing and assessing children’s progress, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with parents and carers to support each child’s individual journey. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all Ofsted standards and keeping up to date with any recent regulatory changes. We’re looking for an early years practitioner who is positive, proactive, and passionate about early childhood education. You should be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, excellent teamwork, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping children reach their full potential. Requirements:
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
- 2–3 years’ experience in a nursery or early years environment
- Up-to-date knowledge of Ofsted and EYFS standards
- A caring, motivated, and professional attitude
- Competitive pay of £14 per hour (for the right candidate)
