This is a chance for you to join their Center of Excellence Platform Engineer team, where you could be working on one the largest Kubernetes implementations in the UK, using 50,000 pods. Not only that, but you'll also get a lot of exposure working on different cloud environments and writing everything as code at a huge scale. You'll not just work on one platform doing the same things every day, once a project is finished, you'll be able to work on a new greenfield project, getting exposure to different ways of working and different technology. Not only that, but they will also provide you a career coach, who will help you map out your career path and set goals/achievements for you to be able to reach those goals you set yourself. You'll need to have experience working with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), using IaC tools like (Terraform/Arm Template/CloudFormation etc), using Configuration management tools like Ansible/Puppet/Chef) and if you have good Containers and orchestration knowledge that would be beneficial.
