Midday Meal Supervisor - Special Educational Needs School...
Hours: 11:45am – 1:30pm, Term Time Only
Salary: £15–£16 per hour
We are a supportive, well-equipped SEN school in Haringey looking to recruit a patient, nurturing and observant Midday Meal Supervisor to work closely with pupils who have a range of additional needs. This role requires calm reliability, compassion, and good communication.
What your day will involve:
Guiding pupils through lunchtime routines with encouragement and sensitivity
Assisting with feeding, mobility or communication as appropriate
Supporting children one-to-one or in small groups to help develop social interaction and independence
Working in close partnership with teaching assistants and therapists
Maintaining accurate awareness of individual pupils’ needs, triggers and safety requirements
Creating a structured, positive lunchtime experience where each child feels understood and valued
Training is provided and we are committed to supporting the professional growth of all staff.
