Role Information
The school is seeking an organised and personable Admissions Officer to manage the admissions process from enquiry to enrolment. You will act as a key ambassador for the school, liaising with prospective parents, pupils, and external agencies.
Responsibilities include managing applications, coordinating entrance assessments and interviews, maintaining admissions records, and supporting open days and school events. You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure admissions targets are met while maintaining the school’s values and ethos.
Requirements
• Experience in admissions or administrative roles (education preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and data management abilities
• Confidence working with databases and CRM systems
• Professional, welcoming manner
