Repairs Planner
Location: Bromley
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 DOE Hill McGlynn Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established property maintenance contractor to recruit a Repairs Planner/ Maintenance Coordinator based out of their busy Bromley office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, coordinating a high volume of reactive maintenance jobs across multiple trades and property types. The Role;
You'll be the key link between customers and engineers, managing and prioritising incoming maintenance requests - up to 2,000 call-outs a month - ensuring the right tradesperson is sent to the right job at the right time. Duties include:
Logging and scheduling reactive maintenance call-outs for domestic and commercial properties
Allocating jobs to engineers including Gas Engineers, Plumbers, Electricians, Roofers, and AC/HVAC Engineers
Responding to emergency call-outs and prioritising urgent repairs
Coordinating daily workloads and ensuring SLAs and client expectations are met
Liaising with customers and engineers to provide updates on job progress
Maintaining accurate records and job documentation in the internal system About You
Previous experience in a helpdesk, scheduling, or coordination role within maintenance, repairs, or facilities management preferred
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
Strong IT skills and familiarity with scheduling software or CRM systems
A team player with a proactive, customer-focused attitude What's on Offer
