Our client is a leading construction and interiors company, based in London, specialising in multi-sector fit out and refurbishment projects across London and the South East, as well as nationwide projects. Their portfolio includes fast-track commercial schemes and large-scale office projects, with values typically ranging from £700k up to £10m.

Role Overview:
They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their London team. This is a client-facing and management-based role, responsible for leading projects from initial engagement through to completion and handover. The position requires a strong communicator with proven experience managing high-quality fit out and refurbishment projects in both occupied and new-build environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple fit out and refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to handover

*

Act as the main client point of contact, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle

*

Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and design coordination to ensure successful delivery

*

Manage budgets, programmes, and quality control measures

*

Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

*

Uphold company standards for health, safety, and compliance on all projects

*

Travel to project sites nationwide may be required

Requirements:

Proven experience delivering commercial fit out and refurbishment projects in London or the South East

*

Strong leadership and client management skills

*

Excellent understanding of project delivery, commercial control, and programme management

*

Experience working on projects ranging between £700k and £10m in value

*

Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively

*

Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
