Looking for your first manager role? This firm can offer a brilliant opportunity to an experienced, CTA qualified (or equivalent)personal tax specialist looking for a promotion move.
The firm is a very successful multi-branched practice with a head office in London. It is extremely successful with a very high quality client base offering excellent experience but still within a firm small enough to know everyone's name and to be trained and mentored by the partners who take a close interest in the development of the team.
The firm has a strong tax practice and its personal tax team looks after the financial interests of very wealthy individuals and families, hugely successful entrepreneurs and individuals with a variety of income sources both in the UK and abroad. The clients include both non-resident and nondomiciled individuals.
The team is looking to bring someone on board who can work closely with the lead personal tax partner, managing a portfolio of clients, handling complex compliance, getting involved in reviewing the compliance handled by more junior team members and assisting with advisory projects including carrying out research.
You will be supported and mentored by the personal tax partners and the wider senior management team, helping you to develop your own management skills and continue to expand your technical knowledge. You will be encouraged to take an active role in the management of the clients, getting involved in meetings and developing relationships with both clients and professional intermediaries.
The firm is looking for someone who is keen to muck in, who is keen to build on or develop management skills, and who enjoys working within a strong and supportive team culture.
