Role overview:
esynergy are seeking a Principal Consultant to help define and deliver our broader digital strategy, strengthening our capabilities across software engineering, data, cloud platforms and AI-enabled solutions. This is a senior, T-shaped leadership role combining strategic oversight with hands-on commercial impact.
• Establish and champion a clear digital vision, aligning modern engineering, data,
cloud and AI capabilities with evolving client and market needs.
• Lead and contribute to complex RFP and pre-sales engagements, shaping compelling
propositions and translating client challenges into differentiated solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and delivery leaders to design and embed
scalable digital architectures across software, data and cloud environments.
• Oversee the successful delivery of strategic technology programmes, ensuring
outcomes drive measurable business value and long-term client impact.
• Act as a senior ambassador for esynergy - building executive-level relationships,
unlocking new opportunities and strengthening our reputation in the market.
• Foster a high-performing, cross-disciplinary community across software, data and
cloud, encouraging shared learning and continuous capability development. Requirements:
• Proven experience in senior digital, technology or transformation leadership roles,
with breadth across software, data, cloud and AI.
• Strong track record in RFP, bid and pre-sales environments, with the commercial
acumen to shape winning propositions.
• Demonstrable experience defining and delivering digital or technology strategies at
organisational scale.
• Ability to operate in a T-shaped manner - combining depth in one or more domains
with the breadth to connect multiple disciplines into cohesive solutions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the presence and credibility to influence senior executives and diverse technical audiences.
• A pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset, with a strong understanding of governance,
risk and responsible technology adoption
