The Role
Deliver outstanding Computer Science lessons across Key Stage 3, GCSE, and A-Level.
Model excellence in the classroom, supporting colleagues through coaching, team-teaching, and CPD workshops.
Drive the uptake and achievement of Computer Science at KS4 and KS5.
Stay abreast of industry trends (AI, Cyber Security, Programming) to ensure the curriculum remains cutting-edge and industry-relevant.
Requirements
Proven experience as an outstanding teacher of Computer Science with a demonstrable impact on student outcomes.
A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Expertise in programming languages (such as Python, Java, or C++) and a deep understanding of computer systems and algorithms.
The ability to inspire both students and staff, fostering a culture of high expectations and digital literacy.
Strong leadership qualities and the communication skills necessary to lead a high-functioning team.
