Restaurant Manager - Stylish Fine Dining Restaurant
Our client is a renowned Mayfair restaurant that combines refined cuisine with a vibrant, high-society atmosphere. Known for its beautiful interiors, exceptional service and loyal following, this is a venue that operates at pace while never compromising on elegance. They are now looking for a confident and charismatic Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team and help deliver unforgettable dining experiences night after night.
Responsibilities
- Leading front-of-house operations during busy, high-profile services. Motivating and developing the team to deliver polished, intuitive service. Maintaining exceptional standards across guest experience, presentation and service flow. Supporting recruitment, training and team performance. Working closely with senior leadership to uphold the venue’s reputation and energy.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing within a premium, high-volume restaurant, ideally in Mayfair. You’ll be resilient, hands-on and service-obsessed, with the presence and confidence to lead in a demanding yet rewarding environment.
Benefits
- £45,000 to £55,000 package including tronc. Leading a talented team of 30. Leadership role within a celebrated Mayfair venue.
