The Role

They are offering a 2-4 PQE Solicitor the opportunity to join their award winning and enviable Residential Property department, based in the City.

Their Conveyancing team consists of team of 30, which is led by 2 partners, and has a lot of Paralegal and admin support. These partners have first-rate reputations in the market, are technically very astute, so you will be working and learning in an entrepreneurial and innovative environment.

Their clientele is a mixture of local and national HNW clients. The monthly targets are reasonable and achievable, ensuring their clients continue to receive market-leading legal advice and support.

You will be working on matters across the conveyancing lifecycle, including freehold and leasehold, transfers of equity, buying, selling, re-mortgaging and new homes.

There will be the option to work remotely a few days a week once you have settled into the role.
