Marks Sattin is hiring a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Commerce & Industry temp team in London — specialising in the exciting consumer and media sectors. You’ll work alongside a high performing, supportive team that partners with some of the most recognisable brands in the industry.
Responsibilities
This is a fast-paced, people focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll learn how to:
🔹 Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates
🔹 Source top talent for temporary finance and accounting roles
🔹 Manage the full recruitment process, from first call to placement
🔹 Develop market insight in the vibrant consumer and media space
We’ll give you all the tools and training to become a successful recruiter, plus the chance to progress quickly based on performance, not tenure.
Skills
What we’re looking for:
✅ A confident communicator who enjoys talking to people
✅ Driven, resilient, and motivated by achieving targets
✅ Interest in the consumer, retail, or media industries
✅ Ideally educated to degree level (or equivalent experience)
