Role Summary

We’re looking for a Lead Demand Generator to own and drive outbound pipeline creation across our target markets. This is a senior, high-impact role focused on originating qualified opportunities for our consulting and AI solutions.

You will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospects, as well as creating a strong, consistent pipeline for the commercial team to convert.

This role suits someone who thrives in consultative sales environments and is highly proactive.

Key Responsibilities

•\tOwn and drive outbound demand generation strategy and execution

•\tIdentify and engage high-value prospects through:

o\tCold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)

o\tPersonal network and referrals

o\tMarket research and account mapping

o\tNews triggers and industry developments

o\tPartnerships and ecosystem channels

•\tBuild and maintain a robust, high-quality pipeline of opportunities

•\tCraft tailored outreach messaging aligned to client challenges and AI use cases

•\tQualify leads effectively

•\tCollaborate closely with leadership on target accounts and go-to-market strategy

•\tTrack activity, manage pipeline data, and contribute to forecasting accuracy

•\tContinuously refine outreach approaches using tools, data, and experimentation

What We’re Looking For

•\t8+ years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or demand generation

•\tProven track record in outbound pipeline creation, ideally in consulting, tech, or AI-related environments

•\tStrong understanding of consultative sales and complex deal cycles

•\tComfortable with cold outreach and initiating conversations at senior levels

•\tTech-savvy, with a genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies

•\tExperience with sales methodologies/training

•\tStrong communication and messaging skills

•\tHighly self-driven, proactive, and outcome-oriented

Desirable

•\tExperience selling AI, data, or digital transformation services

•\tExisting network of decision makers

•\tFamiliarity with modern sales tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, outreach platforms)
