Field Service Engineer

About the role We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and passionate Field Service Dental Engineer to join our dynamic and expanding team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing on-site support, maintenance, and engineering solutions specifically tailored to dental systems and equipment. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently across various customer sites and environments. Key responsibilities

  • Perform Proactive and Reactive Maintenance on Clients sites
  • Installation and Commissioning of New Equipment
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all service visits, repairs, and installations.
  • Participate in Ongoing Training
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients
About you
  • Strong technical thought process
  • Electrical, Plumbing or Mechanical qualification or apprenticeship desirable
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
