Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Plasterer & GroundworkerGroundworker Supervisor to oversee responsive and planned maintenance works within the social housing sector in North London . This is a temporary contract offering £23 per hour , with a company van and fuel card provided.

This is a hands-on supervisory role requiring a skilled individual with a background in both plastering and groundworksgroundworks, who is comfortable leading a small team of operatives on-site and liaising with tenants, contractors, and the internal management team to ensure high standards of workmanship and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations across various social housing sites in North London

• Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification

• Organise and allocate daily tasks to operatives and monitor progress

• Act as point of contact between tenants and the housing provider/client

• Carry out site inspections and quality checks on completed work

• Report and resolve on-site issues in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain accurate records of works completed and materials used

Requirements:

• Proven experience in plastering and groundworksgroundworks within the social housing or maintenance sector

• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively

Contract Details:

• Start Date: ASAP

• Duration: Ongoing temporary contract (potential for extension)

• Location: Covering North London area
