Rust Software Engineer
Job Description
A fast-growing commodities trader is looking for a talented Rust Engineer ready to make a real impact. This is an opportunity to join a driven team at the forefront of trading technology — building the high-performance systems that power front-office decision-making.
What you'll bring:
- Strong Rust engineering skills with a track record to match
- Experience in low-latency, high-performance computing
- Front office exposure — you understand the demands of trading environments
- Financial services background is a distinct advantage
- Availability within 4 weeks or less — this is an urgent hire
The role:
You'll be working on mission-critical, performance-sensitive infrastructure where your code genuinely matters. This suits someone who has proven themselves and is looking to step up, take ownership, and grow with an ambitious business.
Working pattern: Primarily office-based (London), with up to one day per week remote.
