Core Responsibilities – Private Equity, Consumer Strategy & Value Creation

• Lead end-to-end client engagements focused on commercial due diligence, market entry, and value creation in the private equity and consumer sectors.
• Develop actionable strategic recommendations to inform investment decisions, growth strategies, and post-deal planning.
• Deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and financial models that underpin deal and portfolio support.
• Identify and analyse consumer trends, commercial opportunities, and competitive threats for clients and investors.
• Build and manage key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support business development by preparing pitch materials and contributing to proposals and client presentations.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across consulting, analytics, and investment professionals in London, Birmingham, Berlin, and Munich.

Essential Experience – Associate Director Level, PE & Consumer Markets

• Significant experience in consulting, investment, or advisory roles – private equity, management consultancy, or consumer industry preferred.
• Strong track record delivering projects in commercial due diligence, strategy, or operational transformation within consumer brands, retail, or FMCG sectors.
• Experience providing in-depth analysis and strategic advice for investors, portfolio companies, or corporate buyers/sellers.
• Understanding of key value drivers in the consumer market, with a keen commercial mindset.
• Ability to lead workstreams, manage client communications, and mentor junior team members.
• Familiarity with European market dynamics and cross-border project delivery is advantageous.
