Regional Sales Manager
A prestigious department store is seeking an experienced regional manager to lead and elevate their beauty division across in a key London location. This is a high-impact role for someone with a strong background in beauty retail. About the Role: You will oversee a large, diverse team—managing through managers—to deliver the brand’s commercial vision across beauty categories. Your focus will be on driving sales, increasing customer engagement, and improving conversion, all while maintaining the highest standards of luxury service. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire area and counter managers across multiple beauty locations
- Drive performance to meet and exceed commercial targets
- Ensure excellence in visual merchandising, customer service, and team development
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align on strategy and execution
- Introduce best practices to optimise the luxury and premium service experience
- Proven experience as an area manager, divisional Manager, or similar senior role within beauty or personal care retail
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing and developing managers
- Deep understanding of the luxury/premium beauty space and service expectations
- Commercially focused with a strategic mindset and operational excellence
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- 5-day working week, including weekends on a rota basis
- Salary up to £60,000 (DOE) with bonus potential
