Rate: £28 – £34 per hour
The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical support to the ward, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
You will deliver pharmaceutical support within respiratory and cardiology departments. You will assist in implementing an efficient system of medicines supply. You will undertake medicines reconciliation for all patients on the ward. You will contribute to medicines management audits.
Requirements:
- Education and Qualifications:
- GPhC Registered.
- MPharm plus 1 year pre-registration training.
- Postgraduate Diploma in General Pharmacy Practice/Clinical Pharmacy.
- Previous NHS hospital experience inclusive of clinical pharmacy practice.
- Previous hospital experience within respiratory and cardiology.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of medicines and their applications.
- Experience in data analysis or a related field.
