Location: Westminster Role: Music Technology Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and challenging Music lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5).
• Inspire students to develop a deep understanding of music production techniques, software (e.g., Logic, Pro Tools, Ableton), and hardware.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Arts department to share best practice and enhance the Music curriculum.
• Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Music .
• Potentially lead extracurricular Music clubs or projects, such as school recordings or sound design for productions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Music , Music Production, Sound Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching Music at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
• Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of music production software, hardware, and sound engineering principles within Music .
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students in Music .
• A passion for contemporary music production and the integration of technology in Music education.
