Legal Counsel - Real Estate Development Finance - London - Hybrid Working

Our client is a leading UK investment and property finance group.

They are seeking a talented Real Estate Finance lawyer with 3-5 years’ experience to join as Legal Counsel to support this fast paced real estate development finance lending business.

This is an exciting opportunity to join this bright and passionate team whose non-hierarchical and meritocratic approach sees results in this fast-growing, purpose-led investment space. You will have a strong REF background and experience in general finance, restructuring, real estate, construction, corporate or commercial would also be beneficial but not essential. You will have transactional experience, and you will be keen to work within a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment and to take on a business facing role.

As a self-motivated and resourceful team player you will have strong communication skills and be comfortable working under pressure. You will be confident to understand issues as they arise on transactions and, following a period of training, execute deals autonomously, seeking advice when necessary, but trusted to manage projects independently directly with the origination team and external counsel.

You will be commercially minded, keen to learn and develop your skillset in this vibrant and busy team.
