I am recruiting for a brilliant Aquatics Manager to join a fantastic leisure brand in West London which offers an excellent chance to lead a team to success. This is a leisure job not to missed!

As Aquatics Manager, you'll oversee Swim Teachers, shape the Swim Programme, and contribute to wet side operations. If you're energised by team management, driven by business success, and love teaching swimming, then this opportunity is perfect for you! The ideal candidate will have supervisor or management experience and possess Level 1 Swim Teaching certification .

Responsibilities:

• Strive to maximise Swim School occupancy and assist with swim school booking processes while overseeing feedback and inquiries, always ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Manage the Swim instructors through training, development, performance reviews and ensuring qualifications are up to date.
• Stay up to date with the swim industry and maintaining a high level of knowledge and best practices.
• Ensure healthy and safety compliance is maintained and managed throughout the centre and Wet side operations.
• Meet financial targets and KPIs, including those for customer service, occupancy, revenue, payroll costs, and participation levels.

Requirements:

• Previous management or supervisor experience.
• Flexibility as duty manager shifts are requirement for this role.
• Minimum Level 1 Swim Teaching (NPLQ Desirable).
• First Aid at Work certification desirable.
• Drive to succeed and grow the learn-to-swim program.
