Account Director
Job Opportunity: Account Director – Luxury Cleaning & Premises Reset Services

We are seeking a dynamic Account Director to oversee the delivery of premium cleaning and reset services, transforming client corporate premises to the standard of a luxury hotel experience.
About the Role
As our Account Director, you will be responsible for managing and elevating client relationships, ensuring immaculate service delivery, and leading teams across prestigious properties. You will play a key role in setting and maintaining the tone of excellence across every client touchpoint – from boardrooms to lounges, creating spaces that are pristine, welcoming, and exquisitely detailed.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage high-end cleaning operations and reset services across client portfolios.
Ensure every environment is restored to a luxury hotel standard, with flawless attention to detail.
Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clients, acting as the key point of contact.
Develop service strategies, quality standards, and operational best practices.
Monitor team performance and oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff.
Conduct regular site visits, audits, and client meetings to ensure ongoing excellence.
Manage budgets, contracts, and service level agreements efficiently and professionally.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in account management or operations leadership, ideally within luxury cleaning, hospitality, or facilities management.
A natural leader with outstanding client service and interpersonal skills.
A meticulous eye for detail and a genuine commitment to 5-star standards.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage high-value client accounts.
Experience managing and motivating cleaning or service delivery teams across multiple sites.
Salary:£45,000-50,000 per annum.
Hours: 40 hours a week
Location: London Area but will be required to travel within South England twice a week.
